Had a fun day of eating after my 210.8 weigh in this afternoon. Finally finished that damned jar of peanuts and the fat and cals show it. But they are GONE! Won't get more, but they sure were good while they lasted. No calorie deficit today but will adjust to get back on the 1000 per day deficit average on Sunday and Monday!

Wegman's has a trail mix bar. Sunflowers, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, cashews, almonds, dried cranberry, etc. I always keep a lb container of walnuts, cashews and almonds. I get hit around 3:00 craving and hungry and go for the chips and junk. 1/4 cup of this keeps me happy until dinner.
