OK, I said I was going out for a bite and a few draft beers and that's just what I did! (Actually, it was two 32 ounce draft beers!) I did walk a mile and a half today while I was in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. I guess I didn't say anything about the snacks I would eat at home after the carb monster came out! Let's just consider this the end of month blowout before my FINAL SHOWDOWN MARCH, where I intend to make a mad rush towards my ultimate goal of 200-205 pounds.
