Busy today, so forgot to add my morning weigh in of 213.8. My 'low' numbers are coming after weekend end-of-fast workouts (about 1pm) and on weekdays when I get home after work (pre-dinner). Will check it tonight at about 6:30 or 7 and provide full numbers. No workout today as Monday is my weekly rest day.
