Forgot to weigh in before dinner, so will not have valid Tanita numbers for tonight. Just finished a nice dinner consisting of an omelet with ham and turkey and some pecans. I ate the nuts to get my fat macro right and then ate the eggs (thinking they were all protein). DUMB! I ended up going over on fat because the eggs had about as much fat as protein. Still good, though! Juiced up some veggies for lunch which was very filling. Breakfast of another omelet. I finished the day 1 calorie above my daily goal, so good there. Did not have enough macros left to have any of those goodies I bought yesterday, so will have to enjoy them later this week! Have a good week, everyone.

I'll be right over to steal your batteries. You could buy a backpack and take it with you. Then it would serve the useful purpose of weight training. Just thinking outside the box. :D
