🙋Friday Weigh In & Weekly Updates for Feb 19 - Feb 25:

Weigh-in: I did kinda okay for couple days but apartment got bit flooded with carpet damage so had to deal with that & moved furniture & clutter. Soon will move to another non-carpeted unit! I don't deal with stress well without junk. Last weekend was also anniversary of my dad's passing from cancer last year.

Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 4/7 days YTD: 32.1% (18/56days) Feels way better to get walking outside! Did 45 min walk yesterday!

No Junk Food: 5/7 days YTD: 57.1% (32/56days) I have decided my rule on this is: it's a win if I eat normal meals and eat a few sweets/junk & keep under 2000 calories. Once the crazy extra 1000-2000 calories of junk in a day stop, will revise.

<Year Goal: 80% on both cardio & no junk food> I think my real goal is to get under 200 pounds, so not too concerned with this goal.
