Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday...

Just got done with a killer ride/workout in zwift.....I’m glad it’s over...this morning like most...I was waking up as I rode...I’m up at4am evert day...usually on the bike/trainer by 5am or so...and most mornings....waking up on my ride...my first mile I rode all I was thinking ...you rode a course yesterday..that was 700 in elevation...and what was you thinking to pick a course today that 500in elevation...duh...I need 11 more miles to hit 400 km for end of month...and out of 2 days left...one is usually a rest day....but not always....I rode last Sunday...I don’t have preset days off...it’s when my body says...give me a rest day...or expect a poor performance for the day...

After today’s low of 48.... next 7 days in upper 50s or higher....I had shorts on yesterday in February....probably getting ahead on the change in weather...I’m thinking Phil the ground hog could of been wrong in his prediction....time will tell...

I’m tired...ride did me in today....nap after breakfast for sure....I usually take an hour nap after my workout and breakfast...then good to go till bedtime...and my dumb dreams....lol...have been sleeping better by turning iPad off about 3-4pm...and then disconnecting from phone about 5 pm....seems like when I lay down..my mind is clear to have the weird dreams....lol...

Actually alittle sore in upper thighs already from this hill workout..all good ..bo pain..no gain..right jimmy..lol
