Draglist's Journal, 17 Feb 14

Reset my macros today to reduce the calories by 200 a day. The new macro targets appear below. As noted in my earlier journal entry from today, it will be difficult to hit these adjusted macros, but I will do the best I can while staying within the calorie total each day. I'm also going to adjust subsequent days only for the calorie total (if I go over). The running average numbers will be for interest only.

EDIT: Had to update this as I realized I ate twice as much cottage cheese at lunch than I recorded. That increased my protein and calories by 180 and put me over target for the day.

If It Fits Your Macros numbers (all numbers in grams, rounded):
My targets: 86 fat, 60 carbs, 43-54 fiber, 269 protein, 2090 cals
Today ate: 106 fat, 128 carbs, 44 fiber, 226 protein, 2260 cals
Running avg: 73 fat, 196 carbs, 43.45 fiber, 220 protein, 2337 cals

Dang it, Bill. I'm at 165. I just recalculated my tdee on iifym and it says my lean bulk... yes bulk... will be a measly 2600 calories. 2600? Oh, man! I think I'll have to start lifting six times a week so I can eat what I want. :)
