Draglist's Journal, 16 Feb 14

Big weigh in at 219.2 after cramming 8 cups of Greek yogurt with protein powder to get my protein up. Ate turkey steaks for dinner and actually hit the protein mark. Went over on carbs due to the yogurt but did OK on fats and fiber. Will be a little better off when the fiber kicks in. ;)

Here are the 2/16/14 Tanita Numbers (pre dinner):

Weight - 219.2
Total body fat pct - 19.8
Total body water pct - 55.8

Amazing on the Protein. That took some serious work to get it that high. Your dedication is commendable.
