Morning weigh in at 214.4 as my body continued to burn the late day treadmill work from yesterday. My indulgence day yesterday left me with some unreachable single day macro targets for today (7 fat, 89 carbs, 101 fiber, 328 protein, 1731 cals), so I will get as close to those as possible and then do more tomorrow and in subsequent days to get back to my perfect numbers.
