I love this!! I took a screenshot too sis! I know I set a huge goal for myself when I started here. And technically if I add the 5 lbs I lost right before I joined I would be at 60 lbs down, but I’m wondering if I should change my goals and start working on mini goals for now 🤔 I have seen some do that and I’m wondering if it was helpful? It seemed helpful from my end watching them go 💪 💜💚

I would definitely do it in little increments sis. That’s what I did once I reached 160 I did it in 5 pound increments and it was much easier to me anyway. You’ll figure it out whatever way you go. I think you’ve done awesome and I’m proud of you! ❤️💜💚

I’m so late...😩 I’m really considering setting a new goal sis❤️ what my issues have been lately, but it’s no longer steroids. I mean they definitely can linger, it’s trying to drop the real/ non water weight gain, and It’s stress with courses, it’s stress with keeping my sons on track with homeschooling and try to get Roman ahead with homework because of my long hours, it’s guilt, leaving my oldest son Brody, to get my lil through Tuesday’s and Thursdays, it’s stress not having my only baby girl not here, but she is 21 and we are in a good place, I just miss her. Roman turns 8 on the 23rd, but I’m off this weekend, hubby works the next 2 weekends. I want him to have a wonderful birthday ❤️ At the same time, he is not interested in having a big birthday. He wants Victor to sleep over and Game Stop, balloons, cupcakes with blue frosting and Chinese food. 🥰🥰 My heart just breaks for children. He only had 3/4 of kindergarten in before going online, summer with limitations and starting 1st grade online and staying online 😔 The days of birthday invitations and Valentines cards at school are gone. He doesn’t ask for much, and I want to give them the 🌎.

I so feel for all of you with little kids. What an incredible job you have all been doing. Mothers, teachers, wives and most of you moms are full time workers. Small goals of getting through each day with all of your responsibilities. From my perspective, each day is a success if you can just maintain your weight— that is a real accomplishment. Do your best,don’t worry so much about big losses. As long as the arrow is pointing in the right direction you are winning this tough battle. Hang in there everyone, we are nowhere near done with this— just gently keep moving forward.
