Kenna Morton's Journal, 11 Feb 21

Winter is soup making time. Cleaned out the fridge and ended up with a version of potato soup and mushroom soup. Leftover mushrooms, a little kale and spinach, a couple of leeks, some bacon. Looked like a hot mess but man was it good. Potatoes don’t freeze well so will probably be eating it for days. That’s ok, I’m busy so that works out fine. Even had some ice cream for dessert.
