Morning weigh in at 214.2. As I increase my calories with IIFYM, it's possible that I'll often weigh less before dinner than I do at waking. Still will record it. Targeting macros of 22 fats, 177 carbs, 42 fiber, and 220 protein today. That should put me right back on target, then I can begin to increase fats to 70 per day. Have a great weekend everyone!

Isn't it funny how you can actually weigh less later in the day than in the morning. It shows how much our water weight fluctuates. Most of the time, I am up at night. But occasionally it goes down.
