Morning weigh in at 216.2. To align my macros today I will target 193 protein, 167 carbs, and as little fat as I can with at least 42 grams of fiber. Will eat carrots throughout the work day and a chicken breast for dinner and then protein powder/wheat bran as necessary. Have a great day!

That's a lot of carbs, especially if you are trying to make them 'good' carbs. Watching your experiment with interest. No loss for me but I'm holding steady and that is just fine for now.

I'm with Buffy. The amount of coordination and work involved is more then I can handle mentally. However, I will continue watching your journey just in case you find the magic combination to eternal weight loss and maintenance. Keep up the good work and I truly respect your determination.
