Draglist's Journal, 07 Feb 14

Back down to earth a bit after yesterday as far as weight and fat percentage goes, but nailed all my running macros. Ate cottage cheese and a protein bar at work. Came home and juiced lots of fresh veggies, some tasty fiber one cereal (as a snack, dry), and then did a weight lifting workout. After that, drank a bunch of protein powder in water. I am SO stuffed from all the fresh veggies and protein shakes! The cereal is a fun way to get the fiber in and the protein shakes with water are great and NOTHING but protein! Thanks to Rob for the tip on Syntrax... the best I've tried.

Good reminder to add volume in addition to protein. Sometimes our tummies just want to feel full :)
