Fun day of eating and watching football! Topped 1800 calories, but all good stuff. (Did have a bit of Breyer's Vanilla ice cream with some strawberry protein powder mixed in. Tasted sort of like cake, believe it or not). Anyway, watching football and forgot the pre-dinner weigh in, so will have a peek in the morning. My standard Monday adjustment day is on tap for tomorrow. That means 600 calories and typically means no workout, but I may hop on the treadmill anyway as its a holiday and I'll be home. Cheers! bp

Sounds like you have today off? Enjoy the heck out of it. Can you still work from home in your new job?

I'm with you on the football and eating. I too hit about 1800 myself. I think the chicken wings did me in but it's been a while since I ate them and I baked them instead of frying them. Keep up the good work and helpful posts.

Did some reading last night on fat burning exercises. One they mention over and over again is incline on the treadmill which will also firm up the glutes. Yeah, going to give it a try. If you don't hear from me for a few days it's because I either crippled myself or had a coronary. You inspire me to up the incline. Especially know it will firm up the rump.

OOOOhhh a new blog! That should be cool to read. Oh my, I might have to up the ramp now on my elliptical. We'll all be crippled by tomorrow. LOL! Mine has resistance in an automated program that I use. I have to up the ramp if I want. Never done that. OH me. Have a great day!
