My second journal entry...due to the pic being added after entry....lesson learned...add photo first....
No ride today...took a day off to rest...went in and turned on flat screen and trainer...thren...had this feeling of..hey...5days of ridding this week...time for a day of rest...
I celebrated yesterday my loss with a dq small chocolate shake..and then at 5pm..had a craving for salt..was eating hot jalapeño peppers from the jar...yum...needless to say...no loss today...on 2nd bottle of lemonade to get my celebration out of me....forgive yourself and move on..today is new day..with better choices...it’s ok....

Rain on way..decided to clean closet in room where riding equipment is set up...2 weeks ago...bicycle shop owner came to pick up 1of 2 road bicycles I’m trading in for my new wahoo kicker bike....inside only trainer...he picked up my carbon...was both hard to see it go..and a healing time for me...in 2018...was on carbon had a freak bicycle wreck...
I gave some of the stuff in closet to shop owner...in trade for his 45 min drive one way...tubes...usb front and back lights..energy gel...extra rims...tires...road bike stand..just stuff I knew I had no use for anymore...now my riding is indoor only....
So today gonna straighten up that closet..reorganize what’s left in it...
Seen on weather channel yesterday...no snow in southern Illinois till mid January....yeahhhh....lol...but I’m worried...14 more days...what will Santa do...
Hope this journal has everything in it first one did..lol
