You got this, Draglist! If I keep watching how you work your numbers, I might learn something. LOL! Have a great day!

But hey, I'm so glad you had a great time with the kids. That's what matters... with everything back to "normal", you'll have an easier time focusing. You're going to really knock it out of the park now, and make me a true believer in the IIFYM strategy. Not that I don't believe it, I just can't do it -- I'm not close enough to my fat goal. Go Bill! Go!

Meh, numbers go up and down. You're doing fine. Keep working on hitting the macros. It gets easier every day (but you know that). I find that they're easier to hit when I pre-plan everything (or most) of my foods, and put something protein rich at the end of the day. That way, I can fine tune the last protein thing to my needs. For instance, I will have a protein shake planned post-dinner. If I am low on protein, I can simply up it a bit, and if I am high, I'll cut down a little. Simple. Protein is the most important number to hit, then fat, and carbs will simply follow the two other numbers.

Hey, Bill... WTG on the weights!!! Just remember to do the motions at a moderate pace. Not too fast, not too slow, in nice even movements. Watch your form. Also, be sure to breathe while you're doing them. Most of the guys I know breathe OUT when exerting and IN on the return. I'm not sure if there's a scientific reason for it, but it really works.
