Got to work at home today due to the ice storm on the East Coast and that gave me the opportunity to do my workout at the end of my morning fast again. Great news in that it was consistent with my workout from Saturday. I entered the "hot" fat burning zone seven minutes into the walk and I had to reduce the speed from 4mph eventually to 3.2 mph to stay at 118 bpm until the end of the workout period. That's 445 calories burned and I'm pretty sure most of those were fat calories. Looking for additional reinforcement at the weigh ins tonight and tomorrow morning.

Sounds like a 'sound' theory. Lovely to work from home and get your workout in when you wanted it. I too am anxiously awaiting your evening weigh in.
