Got 212.1 as a morning weigh in. Still working off the weekend's indulgence, but in pretty good shape. Ate last at six pm last night and will not eat until 10am this morning. Will eat a second day at 600 calories and then on to 1200 for the rest of the week beginning tomorrow. Have a good one! bp
95.7 kg Lost so far: 51.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
