No additional weight loss this morning after my 211.6 pre-dinner weigh in yesterday. Had roasted chicken and even some mashed potatoes and a greek yogurt for dinner. Still ended the day at 1230 calories. Right where I wanted to be. I may see a drop after working out and before dinner this afternoon. Will record that here if so! ALSO... based on Keld's recommendation and some additional reading I've done, I'm going to start doing the daily intermittent fasting technique where you compress your eating between about noon and 8pm. So my breakfast will be taken today at noon, a lunch at 4pm, a workout, and then dinner at seven or eight. Theoretically, this maximizes the body's fat burning in the final several hours of the daily fast. Should be no problem to stick to. Just a change in habits. Have a great weekend, everyone! bp

Hey that sounds like an interesting idea. Let me know how it goes. As it turns out, I kind of stumbled on doing that a few times, and it does seem to work. I notice those days I did it, I got results. Funny that you mentioned it. I don't know that I would have noticed, if you hadn't brought it up. You're still my idol, Bill!!!

Hey, that's great news about your kids coming home for Christmas! Too funny to imagine them bigger than you nowadays. LOL. As far as keeping your cool around their goodies, I have total faith in you. You're not the man you used to be any more. You have incredible control, as evidenced by your weight chart (the one thing we see regularly, but I'm sure there is still more evidence around you in your daily life). And on the noon to 8PM thing... I think I might add that into what I'm doing. My downfall has always been eating after 8PM anyway, and I regularly have no problem eating until noon or sometimes after. I've kind of been doing that part naturally for weeks now. We'll trade notes. And I so agree, you and Isabel are great pals for me on here. Thank you both so much. Take care, Bill!
