Looks good but I'm intrigued that you wouldn't have it again. Guess it didn't hit the spot?

Lol! It was pretty good, just not as good as I expected! Love their jumbo fried shrimp with their sauce so I thought I’d try their fish fry. I would have rather had their shrimp! :-)

Nice drop Todd. I buy catfish fillets, season lightly with Tony Chachere's Original seasoning, shake in a bag with Louisiana fish fry then place in a foil-lined pan in 400° oven for 20 minutes. Absolutely delicious guaranteed and not 1400 calories.

Lol anything Cajun is delicious! My brother is a chef in “bayou country”!!! He has lived in Louisiana for about 32 years now! 😃

It looks good but I like my fish with just a little hot sauce and maybe some tartar sauce and it's all good

Carol, Absolutely a lot of calories for one meal! I typically stick around 1250 to 1400 cal per day but I have to throw a 2200 to 2500 cal day once or twice a week because that’s what seems to work for me so the body don’t feel like it is going into starvation mode and the weight continues to come off while still enjoying some of the “naughty” foods! 😉 I have tried the very strict “diets” many times and stayed within the 1250 to 1400 cal per day and always seem to hit plateaus and would stay at the same weight for days and that can be frustrating. This method seems to work well and I believe will be beneficial in the long run for maintaining. 😃

Where did you get this from?

I got this fish fry from a restaurant called country sweet in Rochester, NY. Home of the country sweet sauce you may see in your local Walmart or grocery store or possibly offered on wings at your favorite pizza place! 😃 wasn’t too bad for a little change!
