Good for you, nice wee drop and nice low cal day. I too managed a low cal day though didn't enter it. I fasted for 24 hours - I am amazed at myself. Dinner was about 3 oz of homemade meatloaf, green beans and salad so I am sure it was low. No snacks after either. I'm a star! Hoping for a good drop today for you too.
