My friend Dennis came over for dinner and Scrabble yesterday. I ate two massive burgers, some broccoli salad, some pumpkin bread, and tons of alcohol. Up in weight this morning, of course. Gonna take it easy today.

Let's see what the damage is today. It's called living and sometimes we do too much of it :) But you will be back on track today. You will get to your goal weight, it just might not be on the original time track you hoped for, but that's okay. You have a long life left to lived and you will get there; we will get there :)

LOL - glad you had a note !!!! And glad you got a bit of a sleep in. I love to sleep long. Sounds like a plan but I hear you about all bets being off when the drinking starts. I love having a drink with friends and the subsequent munchies that somehow find their way to my mouth. Okay, we'll see what tomorrow brings. Enjoy the rest of your day. I am currently fasting, almost 24 hours now. Unintentional but not that hungry so why eat lunch - I'll try to hold off until supper time and then I will have done a 24 hour fast. Might break some of the weight I gained over the past 2 weeks. I'm back :) :) :)

Thanks BP. Yes I know dark chocolate is good for you but that's likely why I don't like it (much). Chocolate should be sweet not - whatever that taste is. It's not sweet, so it doesn't taste right :( But thanks for the suggestion. I read somewhere once if you are going to cheat/splurge/whatever, have the absolute best of whatever it is you want. Get it over with, eat just enough to satisfy. You are likely to be more satisfied with the best than with cheap knock offs. I should take my own advice :)
