At the beach. Had several scotches and hors d'oeuvres at a reception and then two beers with a broiled seafood dinner last night. Ended up topping 2700 calories, but 600 plus was the booze and beer. Made up for it with a one hour run/walk on the boardwalk this morning. Will cool it until tonight, when we have another reception/dinner. Cheers, working stiffs! LOL.

LOL - working stiffs! Not nice ! Glad you are enjoying yourself and 2000 ish calories isn't bad considering where you are and what you are doing, and you did run/walk for a bit. LOL - I couldn't run if a bear was chasing me ! Enjoy your day and thanks for your support re my sugar binge. Yep, it is what it is, right, and at least I owned it. Kinda feel like crap today though, sugar really beats us up!

Oops. Things do sneak by us don't they? As you say you have time yet and once you get home you will be right back on to juicing and low cal for a couple of days and pouf it will all disappear. You are kinda fortunate that way :) It's a bit early to say 'cheers' but have a cold frosty tall one for me - mmmmm - mouth is watering ! ;)

LOL - I would agree on the 'hot' part - LOL Breakfast sounded good - eggs better than yogurt. Hope you get to go to lunch with all those 'girls'.

You could have half a shake ? I know hard to do. And you could do the burger, no bun, even 2 burgers if you are hungry? So not easy is it? But so worth it. Calories you save today you can drink tonight :) :) :)

LOL - oh well at least you enjoyed it. And sitting on the boardwalk - nice - enjoying the sea breezes and sunshine. Not a bad life at all!

Sucks doesn't it? Good times should be calorie free but then we wouldn't need this site :) Enjoy the heck out of yourself while there and go gang busters when you get back home.
