Bad day at the beach, including two trips to the ice cream store. Enjoyed every bite. Will do a big breakfast tomorrow and no lunch, then a reasonable dinner. That's the plan anyway. Enjoying this mini-vacation.

If you're at Ocean City or Rehoboth, have you been able to resist Thrasher's french fries? I couldn't. The ice cream sounds yummy. You're doing great, so just keep going the way you have been. Enjoy the beach.
