No additional weight loss overnight. But 213.1 pre-dinner yesterday. I juiced quite a bit of veggies and fruit for dinner and ate the roughage, too. Might cut down on the amount. It was quite a lot. Off to a weekend on the beach today. Will try to keep the eating in check and get some walking (maybe running?) done on the boardwalk. Cheers!

Hi Bill, I feel off my wagon last night but right back on today. Hope you did okay at the beach. Look forward to your log on today :) Enjoy the hell out of whatever you do to. Beach and beer go together at least for me so hope you like low carb beer :)
