Down to 218.1 after a 1800 calorie day, but it was mostly healthy and natural food. Will eat lighter today, between 600 and 700. Want to get near 2000 net deficit today, 1500 tomorrow, 1000 the day after, and then repeat until I get to my 1500 calorie per day average.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 48.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think your lowest has been 215.?? so you are getting close. Sounds like you are back on track. Is it tough being home all day? Does that make it harder to eat on plan? Any signs of going back to work? Does Denise like having you around all day? Sorry if it's too many questions lol
