Weight steady today at 218.1. No workout yesterday but low cals at 744. Will add a few more calories and a workout today.

Thanks for answering all my questions! The protein bars I use are Quest = made in the US I believe. Many great flavours. No stuff you can't pronounce. Some are too sweet - like the raspberry/white chocolate. I buy them from a low carb website and buy a box of 12 at a time. Hope that helps.

Cool. Thanks. Trying to keep protein to at least 25 percent per day. Sometimes a challenge.
