Woke at 230.7, down 2.1 from yesterday. Started with weights and iced black coffee. This is an alternate 'fasting' day today, so targeting about 550 calories. Will try to hold off until dinner for that. UPDATE: Got to 229.6 before dinner. Ate steak, salad, and artichokes for dinner, plus three glasses of red wine, which added 375 calories. Did not get anywhere near my 550 calorie goal, but my 'eating' day tomorrow has enough wiggle room for me to eat less and get right on my overall daily calorie goal. Cheers!
