Woke at 231.5, up 1.8 from yesterday, which was an unpleasant surprise. Did weights, pool, sunbathing, and shower, and hit 230.2 by 10:30. Targeting about 2400 calories today after yesterday's 800. Happy Independence Day, fellow Americans, and happy weekend to our international friends! UPDATE: Wanted to start drinking some red wine at 4:30, so I did a weigh-in. Lost a whole .1 pound to get to 230.1! Will do burgers, dogs, and cauliflower 'potato salad,' too. Happy fourth! UPDATE: Denise did strawberry shortcake, too, so I added that. Going to have to catch up on Monday.
