You spiralize beets! I've never thought to do that with them - great idea! Thinking new ideas - like a pickled beet salad? borcht? mmm mm

What I love about spiralizing beets (besides the fact that they're gorgeous), is that I can use them raw in a salad. Pickled beet salad sounds yummy too!
