Comfort dinner tonight— tuna over toast. A childhood favorite. Didn’t log It because it was home made and I didn’t really keep track. It was great. Not something I eat too often because it is really calorie dense. Sister’s rehab hospital now has the virus. Her room mate has tested positive but she is still negative — test was done two days ago. She has developed a pretty impressive cough. They just moved her to another room. So that’s it for tonight. Social distancing is crucial folks. This is not a drill.

She is there for rehab but nothing being done because pt. Are confined to rooms. No admissions or discharges at this time. And, no visitors allowed. I’m guessing they will be locked down for a while.

Most of us will get this over the next year unless some magic happens, but because none of us have any natural immunity the key is whether we can survive it and whether we can develop antibodies for protection during future waves. Sister has quite a few co- morbidities that increase her risk.

I saw a sign the other day that read," the casinos are closed and the churches are close. Both heaven and hell agree this is serious. Pay attention.". I hope your sister feels better soon.
