Woke at 218.8, up .2 from yesterday after a pretty huge eating day of more than 3000 calories (a lot of that was whiskey during a video happy hour). Bodyweight exercises and dumbbells to start the day. Coffee and water all day. UPDATE: Weighed in after 5 pm and was 219.0. Drank a 100 ounces of coffee and water today, so I was still floating a bit. Should be down a pound or so in the morning.
