Woke at 218.6, down .8 from yesterday. Not a lot of drop after 36 hours of fasting, but I'm still holding on to some water. Did 20 minutes of HITT spinning before weighing in. Eating today. Started with protein coffee. UPDATE: Ate all my calories pretty late and did an online happy hour with some friends from work. Super fun. Weighed in late at 221.4.
