Woke at 219.4, down 1.8 from yesterday. Started the day with pushups, squats, and pulls. Fasting today. UPDATE: Got to 218.8 as of 6 pm. Went out and got 30 minutes of late-day sunshine while I could. It got to 75 today but was down to 71 by the time I got out there.
