Got out walking today - by the ocean, tons of other people out, so I tried to avoid getting close to anyone and didn't touch anything.
My job takes me out of my house every once in a while but mostly I am working from home. It's odd, I don't have a good desk set up yet. Maybe i will use my tall sideboard as a standing desk, kill two birds with one stone was it were.
Food was ok today - not following my plan! I will though, edging toward doing the right thing, onward and downward and tomorrow is Saturday where I will have time to plan again based on what I have in the fridge. I bought a lot of high fat stuff, but they hav long expirations dates on them so the freezer is packed with many items that I don't have to eat right now.
Been missing dancing! and I am in a lot of muscle pain from the cardio workout the other night! I am getting out of shape.
My job is essential - I am working from home for the first time in a long while (first time was over 27 years ago when my younger child was first born. Not really enjoying it as much as I could be but it seems like I will have a month to get used to it. I think the DOT will be working from home at least until the kids go back to school May 4th.
Hang in there! I took a quick picture at the beach today next to the drawbridge where I was working.

Lovely place to walk!!! I am also working on setting up my work from home "office" as another month of this at least. The KS (I am in MO) governor said today another outbreak is expected in the fall and this will probably be seasonable. I am high risk so this may not be a one-time happening.

Yes! Get out! I for one don’t think this virus can jump from one individual to another in an outdoor “proper distancing “ setting. I was amazed to see my wife, now working from home, using one of my rifle cases across the arms of my office chair as counter space to organise funeral cases she is working on. She is so resourceful! 😍

The COVID-19 virus will probably be with us forever, just like influenza. With treatment and vaccines becoming available, it should not require drastic measures. Plus this has brought attention to the number of flu deaths, so maybe we'll develop better treatments and vaccines for it, too.

Gz9, I totally agree...we do need better treatments and vaccines for influenza, so many different strains...
