Flex Friday. The right(smaller) arm is getting some more shape. 182.8 today. Vacation cancelled so maybe I'll drop some more fat this week. Less worrying, more flexing.

The nice thing about your arms is that it makes it really easy for me to figure out what's hurting in my own that aren't quite that visible. Nice definition.

Also Tassos! Working on it, thanks for noticing! Mrs. Rancor thanks for the question. Its hidden. The trick is to cut slowly enough to hang onto the muscle to appear leaner than you are.
