May as well get my lamb meatball mix together for tomorrow’s dinner. I’m exhausted!! I’m off tomorrow, but it means a trip to grocery store or 🎯 and I have prescriptions ready.

Thanks liv☺️☺️ they will be full of flavor since I mixed it ahead of time😊 I need to run out tomorrow for baby spinach, olives and the spinach artichoke feta, although I have regular feta, so maybe a regular tzaki sauce or Opa dressing, roasted red peppers, probably in pajama pants 😂😂😂 I’m so tired and my back is screaming 😩

JC my friend, 🙋‍♀️I've been worried about you and that schedule you keep. Don't push yourself or you're going to blow out your adrenals. I hope you don't flare up , but it sounds like you did when your back is hurting so bad. Try and rest. If you push yourself your adrenals will shutdown. Mine have done that many times when I kept the schedule like yours. Single mom, five children, running my own business, pushing myself all caused my adrenals to shut down and not work for a few years. That's what got me started using prednisone. There is nothing to replace adrenals besides steroids. 😥 get rest!😍♥️🙇‍♀️ praying for you!

You are truly amazing! Love your determination and will to stay healthy. Love lamb ❤️I also use a boat load of spices. That meal plan sounds delicious. I hope your back gets better, try to ask for some help so you don’t do it all by yourself like this. I don’t know exactly what’s wrong with your back, but I love the lidocaine patches they really help. And because you work so hard, try to schedule yourself a Swedish massage now and then .

JC be sure to put pics of the meal. I didn't know you could get lamb like that then again I try to stick with chicken and fish for meals cause of my budget. love you woman🌼🌹💕💕💞

Hey najwa, I use those Lidocaine patches to. Almost everyday since I fractured my back. I never heard of other people using them but I do know they work really well. I got mine from the pain management doctor so they're 5% and boy did they do it. Good for you. Oh JC my friend, that might be a really good thing for you to try. Those Lidocaine patches really help me & najwa.🙋‍♀️♥️🤗😉🙇‍♀️

♥️🤗😘 Thank you najwa and skinny and Erquiaga, Adef, Clairsheart, Roxi♥️☺️ Roxi around 6:30 🕡🤗 I will post pics Clairsheart 🤗 I make this a lot it’s so freakin delicious 😋 🤤. I definitely could use a deep tissue massage 💆🥰 last time I had a massage was when I was preggy pop with my lil Romanus 👦🏻 ♥️ They had to switch it up to a 🤰🏻 massage because you certain pressure points can induce labor and obviously they can’t push hard. I have 2 herniated discs at lumbar 4-5 and L5-S1. After the 14 hour shift and helping people sit up or lay back for EGS, second climb 💃🏻💃🏻 I really am hurting. To boot, I cannot go potty. So you can only imagine 😫 I took 15 mg of meloxicam and taking Methacarbomol ( muscle relaxer) every 4 hours, Deep Blue Rub. It’s also my Methotrexate day so I’m blah, my legs are weak again. I made it to Target and drove right past my pharmacy.... I just needed the couch lol. I got my laundry up and a load in the dryer. I will deal with it later.
