💀All I can say is... my feet👣. My feet👣. Oh, my feet hurt so much. I did another 14.5 miles today🏃‍♀️💦.

Ow... ow ow ow😖😭. Anyway, here's my brother's meal prep I did👌. Ta everyone👋. Many hugs and loves sent to all💗🥰. Night night💕🤗💗🌸.

Aamaddux, make sure you take care of your feet! the tendons can be torn and you don't want that. I would google how to properly massage and identify torn tendons in the feet and definently let them heal untill they no longer hurt. Oh, great move on the meal prep. That's a great way to stay on track girl! Hi!❤

@That Bahs, it depends on which one... but I'd say they all average out to about 650 - 750 calories, and he has 2 of them a day, which he tries to limit himself to anyway with light snacks in between (celery). The ones I made the first week averaged out to about 400 calories each. I added more calories to appease his carb tooth.

@Aintgotaname, I don't put mine in the freezer, but I don't see why you cannot freeze them. And 2potato is right. Walmart and very affordable.
