@Jaimejay, I SOAKED last night in Epson salts for muscle aches. Massaged them for about an hour with lotion, and then took pain meds, and I took an easy today (only 2.3 miles today). They're much better today. I really appreciate your advice. And thank you! The meal preps sometimes takes a couple of hours. My brothers weigh in is Wednesday. I'm so excited! HI!!!!

Do you wear personal fitted in-soles? We need them early in life.....I have had them for only 5 years & unfortunately should’ve done this 15 years ago.
