I am almost back where I started, but I refuse to give up. Using the data to identify my strengths and weaknesses so I can achieve my goal.

Every time I stop logging I end up proving to myself that I need to log. Can't be lazy and expect favorable results.

Yeah logging is a must for me as well. I make better choices when I have to be accountable

Me too, I even log when I eat eat over. It helps me understand my eating patterns (good and bad).

Shirfleur, I am doing that now too. I was not logging when I went over and I realized that I am not helping myself. I sure wish I could go back 30 years and tell my younger self how important it is to pay attention to how much I eat. It would be nice to have that teeny tiny body stiil. Of course I thought I was fat!

Come over for dinner sometime this week. It’ll be tasty and low cal.

Thanks Moopie, but this week I have band performances for the girls and Thursday is youngest daughter's birthday. Sweet 16. I will have more time after March. Tempting offer though!

I always lose when I log my foods. In the past I would get tired of logging after I lost & stop. Eventually I gained. So I have decided I'll continue to log everything. IF I ever decide to stop logging the plan is to continue weighing myself (I do everyday) & give myself a range to maintain. If I go over I'll start logging again. I really don't want to go backwards again.

Yup, Sherrye. I want to be able to just eat whatever I want and still lose weight, but unfortunately it does not work that way. Logging it is.
