My day off, heavy Methotrexate dose😩😴🥱🤢🤢😴😴 I wasn’t aloud to take it last week. Got my babies off to school and went for my monthly blood work, prescriptions, picked up birthday cards for my lil, my oldest niece and MIL. Came home, got through a healthy lunch. Could barely keep my eyes open. I had zero plans on doing my stairclimber let alone 💃🏻 climb. I decided to get on. Within 2-3 minutes in, I was ready to get off. This medication makes my legs feel unreal weak. I skipped to my 90’s cheer squad jams. I used the handles 80% of the time and was done in 30 minutes. 😩 but I tried💜💚

I was on Methotrexate and had the muscle weakness. I had a lot of side effects, but they eventually improved. Hang in there and give yourself a high 5 for doing 30 minutes. I know how hard that was!
