Happy happy Tuesday everyone...

Listening to David Goggins podcast # 34....

Yesterday I did my morning workout....an hour workout...clothes wet when I got done...but not really tired...went to Walmart as usual for a Monday...put that away...had lunch...sitting in recliner..I’m thinking..look on zwift companion...see what the options are to do a second ride..one was scheduled for 1 pm....so...I start getting thing slayed out...getting set up to do that second ride...as I’m putting on my bib riding shorts...my mind is thinking...yes it sounded like a good thing...but are you sure...I pulled them on...dressed rest of the way..grabbed my banana and my electrolytes and water bottle...at 12:45pm....I was waiting on the time to tick down....spinning ...getting warmed up...wondering if I could do a second workout that quick...

Well... 77 riders entered the ride....I stayed at #34 most of the ride....I got 10 out of 13 of my stars...when the ride was over....felt on top of the world...and again...I wasn’t really tired....as the day progressed...I was wearing down...plus my sinuses are bothering me this week...but who cares...less recliner time..less watching reruns...more improvement on me....

Listening to Goggins gets me charged up....I’m listening to it as I journal...it’s time once again to dress up in bibs..get my morning zwift workout...
