Kenna Morton's Journal, 08 Feb 20

Last of the moving of my sister completed today— got rid of everything that needed to go. Now for life to settle in for she and I both— cheeseburger for lunch, pizza for dinner. I could NEVER eat like this on an ongoing basis. If nothing else it helps me remember why I eat the way I do and how good I feel for doing it. This fast food stuff makes me personally feel sluggish and out of sorts.
