You are doing great, and a couple of things. Scales "rarely" agree with one another, even the same brand scales doctors use. They will fluctuate from room to room. Secondly, getting dressed alone will account for the added weight even if your scale is calibrated to match the doc's scale, and lastly--your BMI is probable 1-3 points lower due to the muscle mass not being taken into consideration. SOOOO you're doing great!

Thank you! 😊 Yes, my doctor said about the same. I want all scales to read the same and find it rude that a scale dares to be higher. I jest. Lol. We will both just keep getting ourselves healthier! 😊

I weigh myself in the clothes I'll be wearing at the doctor's office, before I leave and after I get home. Then adjust my scale to match.
