Made a big error today. Visited a friend for coffee and he had made some fresh chocolate chip muffins. So I wouldn't hurt his feelings I had one. Big mistake!300+ cals. Had to pull back on the good stuff at dinner to keep under 1500 cals. Wasn't too bad. I was still satisfied.
