Unreal bacon and grilled brussels sprouts at the Gin Mill in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. That slice of bacon was about a half-inch thick!

Looks great! I HATED brussels sprouts as a kid and it wasn't until I was in my 50's that my hair stylist told me to cut them in half and cook in a frying pan with a little olive oil and a couple slices of bacon. Now they are my favorite vegetable! I don't need the bacon anymore, but I don't like them steamed or boiled, have to be fried or roasted.
