Keto recommendation (or for anyone actually.). I do not buy a lot of products but I bought this at Costco after Sharon mentioned it and I was very pleased with it. Was really tasty as a crepe. The cauliflower in it does not overpower it and there is a nice balance. Very good ingredients considering. Easy to deal with. They are very tiny so they may not make a meal without you adding to them. Sharon said they can get crispy but I have not gotten that far yet. Label only list 3 protein for each 8 gram crepe (but I would count half a hidden carb). No fat.

What have you used them for? It sounds and looks like a good option for a "sandwich." Maybe one for each slice of "bread"??? Could they be used for a grilled ham and cheese?

It's also very easy to make crepes with egg, cream and a little coconut flour. I'll try it with some cauliflower.

I sampled these, they are quite good. Costco also has sliced cheese "wraps" for even fewer carbs.

Fewer carbs than zero?

I do not know if I could make them any better Erika... They are really easy to deal with in those packages. Debbie... I only used them as a crepe warmed them up in the pan and added some butter and sugar free pancake syrup. They were really good... Sharon used them as taco shells.... and the website https://www.crepini.com/recipes has many ideas. I will try the quesadillas.

My Publix has these and the cheese wrap style too. I was wondering if they were any good. I never thought to use them as crepes!

I just showed this to hubby. He’s eating more keto (I’m vegetarian that also had to recently let go of eggs, cheese, cauliflower, hummus and my favorite energy drink). I had 3 attacks in 2 1/2 weeks until I basically quit eating. Did finally get US and blood work. Gallbladder was fine. So I just had to quit the trigger foods 😬. Anyway, husband said yuck to these. What is the texture? I still might try to buy them for him.

They taste really good as a breakfast burrito wrap, especially the cheese ones.

Breakfast burrito wrap is a very good thought. I really like them as crepes. I tried them as quesadilla. I thought it was OK. They do get crispy but the are very dainty so not quite as a real quesadilla. But OK vehicle for cheese and salsa. I think I would try them for a "pizza" as well.

Would they get stiff enough for pizza? I put shredded cheese on parchment paper and microwave 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, then let cool. I'll heat my sauce and toppings, spread on the cooled crust and top with mozz; microwave to melt the mozz. Use cooking shears to cut.

So you make a pizza with a cheese crust. I think the eggthins would hold up fine with think layers of things... I am a big eater but with these little things I really feel like I am dieting... it makes me giggle

Yes, and it's fast, tasty, crisp, and holds up like a pizza crust. A "personal size" pizza made that way is about 400 to 450 calories, and very low carb.

Costco just brought these in two weeks ago.
