Well, I'm officially out of the Two-Teens (213-219) and the Two-Tweens (210-212) and into the Two-O's, at 208.5. My holiday high was 219, so I've lost over 10 pounds since right after Christmas. I'm very happy with that! I'm on my way to my ideal weight of 165! I'm thankful that I've been able to stay under my RDI every day (except for the two Ambien ordeals), and that I've kept my net carbs under 30g for 10 days now. I'm so thankful for this tool (FS) that helps me keep track of what I'm eating and how much exercise I'm doing, and that enables me to get support from wonderful people like you! THANK YOU!
