Drastic measures start tomorrow. I down loaded the book Rapid Fat Loss and will start in tomorrow. 6 weeks to Valentine's Day, hope to lose 10 pounds. High protein, low carb and low fat. I like the plan since it includes one free meal per week, and then a refeed of just carbs for 5 hours a week. So that is a dinner out and a Saturday night date night.
I have to get down below 150 by the end of February. I am kinda tired of not being successful at losing weight.

You've got this. Have you read "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne? It could give you that extra little boost you need to reach all your goals!

It should be able to do it, just a little more than 1.5 pounds a week which is my typical goal.
